As the year winds down, we are excited and grateful for all of the progress and sales at The Homes at Old Marsh in 2011. It was truly an exciting year with lots of improvements to the community and the addition of several new neighbors including Red Sox legend Luis Tiant.

We had several exciting events at Old Marsh this year including a meet & greet with Luis in the early summer, the sold out El Tiante Celebrity Classic in September, the Octoberfest fireworks bash on Columbus Day weekend, the Turkey Scramble on Thanksgiving weekend and great golf, swimming and tennis all year! The sounds of tee shots and carpenters saws have been filling the air at Old Marsh this summer. Both the golf and construction seasons are in full swing; the upcoming El Tint Celebrity Classic is a sell out and we’ve been busy building homes for 8 new families who are going to be calling Old Marsh their new home!

We recently hosted a well attended meet and greet with Boston Baseball Legend Luis Tiant. Everyone enjoyed watching the Sox take on the Yankees while talking baseball and collecting autographs from Luis.

Last month we welcomed our newest resident Luis Tiant to the Homes at Old Marsh.

Luis spoke at a press conference held to announce his affiliation with The Homes at Old Marsh and noted that he was thrilled to be part of this exciting community and that he is looking forward to enjoying summer on the seacoast and some great golf at Old Marsh!

We experienced a great spring season at The Homes at Old Marsh taking orders for the delivery of 6 new homes in since the beginning of April!

We are looking forward to an equally busy summer. Work on the new entrance way will be completed this week and construction is in full swing with 7 new homes under construction.
